Dear You-know-who-you-are,

I admire your beauty and courage. Most of all I admire your talent and the ability to easily outshine everybody else in everything you do. But here comes the hard part… perhaps you knew it was coming. I hate your stinking attitude. Just because you are better than everyone else, doesn’t mean everybody else can’t outshine you the day after tomorrow. Besides, good manners are free. And it’s worth it.

You never know whose help you might need should the occasion arise. But since every action has an equal and opposite reaction, you can guess how others will respond to your need. And of course, there is room for improvement. I know you understand, cos you are not only beautiful, you got brains.

I have been tagged for the first time! It feels really special. Thanks to Museditions for tagging me and thanks to sulz for starting this whole thing and tagging Museditions! Cos as a result, the Domino effect has gotten me! That means I get to post seven random facts about me AND I finally get to write something in this oh-so-very lonely blog of mine after soooooo many days.

Ok, we’ll get to the most important Me part in a while. But first of all, let’s get to know the rules of the game as set by Sulz!

And Cjwriter (tagged by Sulz) changed the rule a bit. And I think I will follow suite! Here is his version:

OK, now we get to the part we are all waiting for! Seven random things about me (in no particular order)…

1. I can get high on ideas.
2. Although I am a certified photojournalist, the issues that move and shake the world don’t mean as much to me as do the little things.
3. I can detect spontaneous visual accidents on the fly.
4. I hate housework
5. I think I was born weird. People (both online and offline) adjectify me as weird. Even quiz results say so! I used to get teased a lot for it in school and so I used to feel bad about it. But now I am kinda proud. Sure, other notable girls get to be sexy or rich. But not many can be weird!!
6. I am really fond of old clothing. They just feel so comfy! The older, the better!
7. I am TERRIBLY afraid of height, which is a shame. If it were not for my acrophobia, I would probably think of climbing the Himalayas at least once in my life. Sigh, dream away!

OK, that’s enough of I, I, I. Now do something substantial - please go donate some grains by playing at Freerice!

I know now why I am not so prolific in this blog. Electronic writing just doesn’t do it for me! First of all, I am a really clumsy keyboard user. Why, I even omit letters or type wrong letters in my OWN name! WHAT A BUMMER!

The other factor is, it doesn’t feel personal enough. A-pen-and-paper writing arrangement feels almost like a part of my own body, like my spectacles! I hate typing as much as I enjoy surfing the net, if not more :D.

You may ask how I manage to update my other blog everyday then. Well, I don’t know. There’s nothing too personal in that blog, and therefore no crying need to go organic.

As I come to think of it now, I used to be a frequent notebook freak. And ever since I turned into a hardcore surfer, I haven’t written anything in my notebook :O

So, it looks like I am in need of a Plan B there. Since I DO wanna update this blog once in a while and I don’t enjoy pounding on the keyboard (a device that hinders my string of thoughts, rather than assist it) the only way I can keep on disseminating my thoughts online is by writing on paper and then scan it and upload as images!

Ah, that sounds cool! And hopefully, it’s gonna give my blog a home-made, personal and immediate look! Not bad for a personal blog at all!

………yes, I have had enough of the concept that a (we)blog is meant to be  a day-to-day log, that spiders don’t crawl often enough if you don’t blog regularly, that you will lose readers if you don’t blog regularly……………

GIVE ME A BREAK!

The bottom line is, in an effort to blog regularly I don’t want this blog to be one of those blogs that have cross-posted materials, quizzes and picture of the day so often as fillers that the fillers become the content themselves.

This blog has taught me one thing. I don’t like talking about myself on a regular basis. And perhaps this quiz result should console me!

What Kind of Blogger Are You?

I should rejoice, right? After all, it’s not everyday that I find out I am a pundit of sorts. But I am also a little sad, cos I know I should have been able to be a regular pundit.

Perhaps images are more my thing after all. So you will see me, rather than read me on a regular basis. of course, you will have to read my images also, he he!

Anyway, this post is a declartion. I will march to the beat of a different drummer from now on. And that different drummer is nobody else but me me me. What do you call a blog if it is meant to be updated weekly? Or monthly? Like, suppose I still update this blog regularly, albeit weekly or monthly ( sheesh, oh no!), what will you call my blog then? A weelog or a molog?

I’m still pondering what’s it gonna be. A weelog is not such a bad idea.

Well, you will know soon enough! Right now my guess is as good as yours. I will be a regular - that means, almost everyday -  at Netty Gritty though,  so if you need some scoops from the internet, do keep visiting that blog!
